1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pok365" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at pok365.pro and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the pok365 platform by an eligible individual.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pok365 platform for any purpose.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, instant game, or any other gambling product offered by pok365.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by pok365 to Players under specific terms and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity verification process required by pok365 prior to processing withdrawals, comprising submission of a valid CNIC and supporting documentation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the base currency for all transactions on pok365.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" refers to the entirety of the pok365 website, its games, sportsbook, casino, instant games, and all associated features and tools.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pok365 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pok365 platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pok365. pok365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a pok365 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pok365 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing pok365 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of pok365 or its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from pok365 or any other gambling platform through a regulatory self-exclusion programme.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your current residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.

pok365 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration details at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Only one account per individual is permitted. pok365 uses CNIC, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances permanently forfeited.

4 Account Management

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activity that occurs on your pok365 account. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensure that all account details remain accurate and up to date. Any change to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be notified to pok365 support promptly.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact pok365 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pok365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. In the event of suspected compromise, pok365 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

pok365 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In such cases, pok365 will endeavour to provide notice where legally permissible.

Player account balances are held in PKR. pok365 does not pay interest on account balances. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pok365 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. pok365 may add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Deposits are typically credited to your pok365 account in real time. In the event of a delay, pok365 support should be contacted with transaction proof.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in your name that matches your pok365 account identity details.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. pok365 may request CNIC copy, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• pok365 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending a security or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account balance at the time of a withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pok365 offers various bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players only. pok365 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility by account tier, deposit history, or promotional criteria.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• pok365 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Unless explicitly stated, free spin winnings are capped at Rs 5,000 per free spin offer.
• pok365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus terms will have their bonuses and all associated winnings permanently forfeited, and their accounts may be suspended. pok365's determination of bonus abuse is final.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pok365 sportsbook and casino are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pok365, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.
• pok365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a palpable error in odds has occurred. A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is demonstrably incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match, event, or game being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, pok365's specific sport and game rules will determine settlement. Where no specific rule applies, pok365's trading team decision is final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are stated in the relevant game or sportsbook rules and may be adjusted by pok365 at any time.
• pok365 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game for any player at its sole discretion, including players who consistently win or who are identified as professional or advantage players.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. pok365 is not responsible for bets not being accepted during market suspensions.

For cricket betting specifically, pok365 follows international cricket rules as defined by the ICC. PSL matches are governed by PCB playing conditions. All results are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pok365 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register on your behalf or circumvent registration restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinating bets to exploit promotions or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using pok365 to deposit and withdraw funds with no genuine intention of gambling.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or technical fault for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided and removed from the account.
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or tax evasion.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pok365 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pok365 platform — including but not limited to the pok365 brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pok365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pok365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any pok365 content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pok365 software or game.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the platform.
• Use the pok365 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

pok365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on pok365, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pok365 includes, but is not limited to: identity information (full name, CNIC number, date of birth), contact details (mobile number, email address), financial information (PKR payment method details, transaction history), device and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers), and betting and gaming activity history.

pok365 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification service providers, and fraud prevention agencies as necessary for platform operation and legal compliance.

11 Responsible Gaming

pok365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all players at no charge and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pok365. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and can be extended at your request.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any technical interruption, system downtime, server failure, or connectivity issue that prevents access to the platform or disrupts a bet or game in progress.
• Any errors or omissions in platform content, odds, game results, or account information, except where such errors are directly attributable to pok365's gross negligence.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of account balance due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or KYC non-compliance.
• Any gambling losses incurred through the normal course of play. You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss and that you participate at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pok365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Amendments to Terms

pok365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pok365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by email or by prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pok365 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact pok365 support to close your account.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pok365 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and pok365, you agree to first attempt resolution through pok365's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. pok365 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pok365 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, proprietary information, or platform integrity.
